Over the past 9 years, I’ve created and led 100+ projects across YouTube, e-learning, and media formats — from full-length travel films to interactive training games. I also contribute as a freelance writer to niche media outlets and run a storytelling-driven Telegram channel.

To design this training, I began by surveying a focus group to understand employees’ gaming preferences. Based on these insights, I developed a futuristic game where players must manage risks to save a planet from a threat.
I crafted gameplay that integrates real work tasks, enabling players to practice risk management skills within the storyline. I also created three different endings, ensuring that players’ decisions genuinely impact the game world.

As a freelance writer, I authored an in-depth article titled “How to Pair Wine with Herbs and Spices: Foolproof Matches.” I conducted thorough research using reputable sources, interviewed industry experts, and carefully fact-checked every detail. The final piece matched the publication’s tone and style precisely and was well received by the editors.

I wrote the script for a two-hour travel documentary set in Vietnam, which gained over 3 million views on YouTube. The project involved in-depth research and fact-checking, adapting the narrative to on-the-ground shooting conditions, and collaborating closely with the director and editor during post-production to shape the final cut.

I created an interactive longread-based course focused on real-life cases of VIP client service. Using audio recordings of top-performing service reps, I scripted scenarios that taught learners how to recognize different types of clients, respond to criticism, and avoid communication pitfalls. This mix of storytelling, practical tools, and immersive interaction helped learners internalize high-level communication skills.

As the writer and screenwriter of this episode in the Cultural Detective series, I led an art investigation into the legacy of Sergei Eisenstein — the "Da Vinci of Soviet Cinema." I gained access to his preserved workspace at the Moscow Museum of Cinema, where I conducted an in-depth interview with the museum’s curator. The final result was highly praised by both the team and experts in Eisenstein’s work.

I was the lead instructional designer for an onboarding course designed to attract new employees to the Altai-Koks industrial plant. This hybrid project combined corporate PR and training objectives. Together with the team, we traveled to the plant to create a documentary-style course. I blended real-life footage, interviews with in-house experts, and interactive exercises to help learners fully grasp the plant’s production chain — from raw materials to the final product. The result is an immersive, engaging course that introduces the company's operations while fostering pride in the industry.
